An onsite mock inspection involves one of our consultants physically visiting your location to conduct the assessment, while a virtual mock inspection is conducted remotely using video conferencing technology. Both options aim to provide a comprehensive review of your compliance but differ in terms of the consultant’s presence.

During a mock inspection, our consultants review your practices, policies, and documentation related to CQC compliance. They may conduct interviews, observe operations, and ask questions to evaluate your readiness for a CQC inspection. After the assessment, they provide feedback, recommendations, and an action plan.

The duration of a mock inspection depends on the size of your service and the extent of the assessment. Onsite mock inspections usually last a full day, starting at 9 am and finishing around 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. Virtual mock inspections can be scheduled for a duration that suits both parties.

After the mock inspection, you will receive a detailed report outlining the findings, strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations. The report will also include an action plan that you can implement to address the identified areas and enhance your compliance with CQC regulations.
